What to Expect
INITIAL CONSULTATION
You will be seen and listened to by Dr. Mendoza. This will entail a visit that consists of YOU talking to the doctor, she will ask questions, teach, and also examine you. This visit will be about 90 minutes in length. When you schedule your initial consultation, there will be a $150 deposit to hold your appointment. This will be credited to your initial visit charges. INSURANCE
We do not accept insurance simply because using insurance we cannot get you well. The Doctor or Nurse that you go to has only lab tests that they request, and then they give you a medication. These tests do not test for toxicity, molds, or food allergies, etc. Insurance companies are also are not thinking in this manner, they are only thinking of diseases and solving it with a prescription medication. They are not intent on curing anything, just hiding the symptoms.
Patients are ultimately told that "there is nothing more that we can do for you".

REFUNDS
There are no refunds or returns for our services except where Company (Casner Mountain Healing Center) becomes legally unable to provide services. There are no refunds on any products and/or laboratory services, supplements, or services rendered. We are reasonable people and expect to be paid for work that we complete but we also understand that circumstances can change and will do our best to work with you to resolve any performance issues. Please review the terms of your agreement regarding termination provisions.
